Tenant Grievance Procedures

Important - Please Read Below

Residents who have a grievance related to on-site property management staff are encouraged to first address the concern directly with the Property Manager, when appropriate.
 
If the issue is not resolved, residents may contact Crystil Haas, Director of Compliance, Hyder Property Management, to report the concern or seek further review.
 
Residents may request a formal grievance hearing by submitting a written request via mail to:

All grievance requests should include the resident’s name, unit number, a description of the issue, and the desired resolution. Hyder Property Management will review the grievance and respond in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
