As you fill out this form, please consider that as an affordable housing development, prospective tenants must meet certain household income limits. In addition, apartment sizes have minimum and maximum household sizes. Prospective applicants must meet these income qualifications and household sizes to be eligible for affordable housing. We are requesting the information in this form so that we can provide you with an initial feedback of your eligibility based on your income and household information prior to completing a full application. Applicants meeting these initial requirements may be asked for additional information at a later date and invited to complete a full application.
